INDIANAPOLIS - For the third year in a row, track and field fans have the opportunity to help select the annual Jesse Owens Awards winners. The honors going to the sport’s top athletes of the year is selected by a vote from both the media and online fan balloting, which will account for 10 percent of the votes again this year.
