Team USA to compete in International Chiba Ekiden

Romania's Nuta Olaru and Kenya's Meschack Kirwa made the inaugural running of the Rock 'n' Roll San Antonio Marathon a successful one, with Olaru claiming the women's championship and Kirwa taking the men's title. Semick Leads USA to Team Silver Medal at 100K World Cup

Olympic Great Larry James Dies
November 10, 2008 from USATF press release (INDIANAPOLIS IN) National Track & Field Hall of Famer G. Larry James, a two-time medalist at the 1968 Olympics, died Thursday of cancer in Smithville, N.J. It was his 61st birthday. A double medalist at the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, Larry James also set world records and won NCAA titles during his track career.
