Club Profile: The River City Runners Club
December 2008 From RunOhio The River City Runners Club (RCR) in Parkersburg, West Virginia was founded in 1981 and with 450 members has grown to be the largest running club in West Virginia and the surrounding area. The RCR is a RRCA and a USATF affiliated club. We are extremely active in supporting Road Running, Race Walking, High School Track and Cross Country.
