Brooks For Her Collection

Press Release, February 3, 2009- Today, Brooks Sports (www.brooksrunning.com) once again brings its commitment to doing well by doing good to life with the launch of the “Brooks For Her” Collection of apparel that includes performance running gear for women, featuring fun baby pink and fuchsia accents, for the spring and fall seasons. The collection is very affordable; retail prices range from $24-$64 and includes hats, jackets, skirts, shorts and trousers, all of which are accented with the signature pink ribbon to show support for the breast cancer cause.

For each Brooks For Her piece purchased from March through December 2009, Brooks will earmark 6.25% of the suggested retail price for donation to three pre-selected charities: Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and The Young Survival Coalition. Consumers—whether they purchase a collection piece or not—will be able to vote during this time frame at www.brooksrunning.com/bfh to decide the exact percentage of the total each charity will receive.

The “Brooks For Her” campaign runs from March 1, 2009, through December 31, 2009. No purchase is required to participate in the voting process.
