From USATF press release.

The top five finishers in each of the 20 km races qualify for the right to represent Team USA at the IAAF World Race Walking Cup, to be held May 10-11 in Cheboksary, Russia.

Vaill crossed the finish line in 1 hour 36 minutes 18 seconds in winning the women's race after beating back a strong challenge from 2003 Pan Am Games bronze medalist Joanne Dow, who finished as the runner-up in 1:38:36. Susan Armenta was third in 1:39:01, with Sam Cohen fourth in 1:40:52 and Stephanie Casey fifth in 1:41:47.
